Singer Angie Stone, known as a co-founder of hip-hop trio The Sequence and for her solo R&B hits like “Wish I Didn’t Miss You,” has died. She was 63.
A representative for Stone confirmed to PEOPLE that she was killed in a car crash also involving an 18-wheeler on Saturday, March 1.
Stone’s daughter, Ladi Diamond, confirmed the news of her death ina Facebook post, writing on Saturday: “My mommy is gone.

Angus MacInnes, the actor best known for playing a spaceship pilot in 1977’s originalStar Warsmovie, has died. He was 77.
His family announced his death in a statement on the actor’sFacebook pageMonday, Dec. 30, confirming that MacInnes died on Dec. 23. A cause of death was not listed.
MacInnes was born in Ontario, Canada, on Oct. 27, 1947, according toThe Hollywood Reporter.
