Billy Ray attended the Nashville Humane Association’sUnleashed Dinner with Your Dogas a special celebrity guest on Saturday, Feb. 1. The “Achy Breaky Heart” singer, 63, has been a longtime supporter of the animal rescue and adopted both of his dogs — Rain and Tommy Jack — from the association, according to his Instagram.
