German Garcia, a fleet maintenance technician, died after he sustained injuries when a fire broke out at the Sun Metro Bicentennial Council Transit Operations Center in El Paso, Texas, on Feb. 11, the citysaid in a news release. “We are heartbroken to lose another dedicated member of our Sun Metro team,” said Dionne Mack, city manager.
