A$AP Rockywears his heart on his sleeve — and his bag.

On Tuesday, Jan. 14, the rapper (born Rakim Mayers), 36, was seen heading to a studio session in New York City withBottega Veneta’s Large Cabat tote bag, which paid tribute to his partner,Rihanna, and theirtwo sons, RZA, 2, and Riot, 1.

Rocky accessorized the wood-colored bag, which is priced at $10,900, with four brass “R” clips in the bottom right corner, symbolizing each member of his family.

Bottega Venetaoffers the clips for $125 each at select stores worldwide. Each clip is crafted from muse brass and available in silver and gold finishes with different letters and symbols.

It’s no surprise that the musician wore the bag with his all-gray look for his work day as he is an ambassador of the Italian fashion house.

Last June, Rocky and his two sons werethe stars of Bottega Veneta’s “Portraits of Fatherhood” campaign, which included a black-and-white photography series of the trio.

“This is me embodying and embracing fatherhood, parenthood, companionship, and family while still working on all aspects of my career,” said Rocky in a statement about the project that symbolized “the evolution of Mr. Mayers.”

While catching up with PEOPLE at the Footwear News Achievement Awards in New York City on Dec. 4,Rocky revealed that he plans to give all his clothes to his sons one day.

“They won’t have to really try to figure it out too hard. It’s going to be there for them,” he said, noting that he hopes they also have their own “originality."

As for where they get their style inspiration now, Rocky revealed that Rihanna, 36, takes care of dressing them.

“I don’t have any contribution when my sons get dressed. Sometimes she dresses them like me with kilts and all of that, but that’s all they moms, man. She got good style and taste," he said.
