I don’t mind spending extra money so I can feel comfy during my vacation.“The woman is asking fellow Reddit users if she would be in the wrong for getting her own room, writing, “I don’t want to come out as a brat for not being grateful over her paying for a room for us.“But commenters don’t think so.Wrote one commenter: “What sort of a holiday is it if you’re sharing a room with your husband and his mother! Get your own room. At a hotel down the road. And then leave your husband to stay in the room with his mum.“Added another: “It is truly beyond my understanding how the mother thinks this is remotely okay.“Another agreed, but recommended the poster have a serious discussion with her husband, writing, “I don’t blame you for wanting your own room and you should tell your husband, but you know this will be a big argument. He needs to manage his mom, this is just the very beginning of her overstepping.”
