Al Roker’s granddaughter is definitely making Santa’s nice list this year!

On Tuesday, Dec. 10, the news anchor, 70, shared an adorable picture to hisInstagramof his daughter Courtney Roker Laga, 37, and granddaughter Sky, 17 months, smiling with Santa. In his caption, the proud grandpa revealed that this was Sky’s first time meeting Saint Nick.

“My little girl’s first visit with Santa,” Roker wrote. “She did much better than her Mom’s first time with the jolly old elf!”

“Oh, were you crying, sweetheart?” Roker asked as he took Sky from his son-in-law. “You wanted your pop-pop. There we go,” he said while bouncing his granddaughter in his arms.

Courtney then tried feeding Sky some pudding, but she rejected the offer, pushing the spoon away with her little hand.

“I think she got scared with the kitchen aid,” Courtney joked, referring to her stand mixer that had just exploded flour all over the counter.
