During the Monday, March 10 episode ofSiriusXM’sAndy Cohen Live, the radio host and Bravo producer, 56, weighed in on news that Tamra, 57, could be having second thoughts about returning to the television series.

“I got the report of what happened last night. All I will say is this, I can’t comment on what’s going on, you know, while we’re filming shows,” he said.

Andy added, “I guess the only thing that is at the top of my mind is that one of her best friends, if not her best friend, is going through an incredibly intense health crisis. So maybe keep that in mind, otherwise I really don’t have anything to say on the subject.”

The evening prior,Tamra shared a cryptic messageto her Instagram Stories, seemingly letting her fans know she was no longer a cast member on the Bravo reality series.

“It was a long run!” she wrote. “When life gives you real problems, this reality s— doesn’t make sense."

“Peace out ✌️ I’m out,” Tamra concluded.

Tamra, who first appeared on the series in 2008, has been close friends with herTwo T’s in a PodcohostTeddi Mellencamp, for years.

The formerReal Housewives of Beverly Hillscast member, 43, recently announced that she wasdiagnosed with multiple brain tumorsand has been undergoing surgery to have them removed.

“Maybe some of you have seen Teddi’s Instagram Stories,” Tamra emotionally said during a Feb. 12 episode of their podcast, referring to Teddi’s announcement. “If not, I just want our listeners to know that she will be taking a brief sabbatical to deal with some health stuff. I’ll allow Teddi to tell her story when she’s back, but you all know how much she loves this podcast and wants nothing more than for us to continue on recording.”

“While she focuses on her health, we want to thank you for your continued love and support,” Tamra added. “It’s been a tough night.”

At the time, Tamra was still filming season 19 of theRHOC.

That same day, she shared another message dedicated to Teddi, 43.

“Join me in praying for@teddimellencampas she goes into surgery today,” Tamra wrote alongside anInstagram carouselwith sentimental images.

The first photo showed the two ladies sitting on a sofa, coordinating with their blonde hair and denim jeans as Teddi kissed her on the cheek. In the second picture, Tamra posed with herthree kids— Slate, 12, Cruz, 10 and Dove, 5 — whom she shares with her husbandEdwin Arroyave.

On Thursday, March 6, Teddi revealedthree more tumorshad been discovered in her brain, and two in her lungs. Over the past two years, she’s had 17 differentspots of melanomaremoved. She shared that she will begin immunotherapy on Tuesday morning, March 11.

“Now, as @bravoandy would say: with all due… f*** off, cancer!” she concluded.
