Paige DeSorbohas a new man in her life following a split fromCraig Conover, according to Conover’sSouthern Charmcostar and friend,Austen Kroll.
During an appearance onWatch What Happens Live with Andy Cohenthat aired on Thursday, Jan. 30, Kroll was asked about rumors that DeSorbo had ‘moved on with another guy" post breakup. And he didn’t mince words with his response.
“I don’t think that those are rumors,” said the Trop Hop owner, 37. “I think that they’ve been substantiated and I think Craig knows as such. You know, he didn’t know for a minute, but yeah — I think that he’s fully come to terms with that. That’s not a rumor.
PEOPLE reached out to DeSorbo for comment.
In recent weeks,DeuxMoihas reported sightings of DeSorbo withsports executive Joe D’Amelio. The two spent New Year’s Eve together, the outlet claimed, and have been seen this month at an NFL game in Philadelphia, at DeSorbo’stour stop in New York City and on vacation together in Miami.
TheSummer Housestar, 32, dated Conover, 35, for three years long distance, she in New York City and he in Charleston, South Carolina. She announced their breakup in an episode of herGiggly Squadpodcast published on Monday, Dec. 30, noting the two “have decided to no longer be together.”
She didn’t reveal what caused the breakup, but hinted that it had nothing to do with anything deceptive. “Not to sound traditional and old fashioned, this is not a situation where I have, like, a 50-part series of ‘Who the f— was I dating?’” she told podcast co-hostHannah Berner. “Could not be more opposite of that.”
“No one did anything. It wasn’t a bad thing,” she continued. “I think we both were just being really mature and saying what we want and what we didn’t want, and I think that’s extremely powerful to be able to voice how you’re feeling in real-time and what you want for your future.”
“It was just the right decision for both of us moving forward in our lives and the direction in our lives that we didn’t force,” said DeSorbo.

Meanwhile, Conover opened up about the breakup on his Instagram Stories on Jan. 7,
“I figured it’s finally time to check in with everyone. Sorry about the delay, this has all been very, very unexpected to say the least…” he said. “But I guess I gotta start living again, whatever that looks like. Whatever my new normal looks like — I have to start.”
The Sewing Down South star went on detail how the split came as surprise to him. “[It happened] right before the holidays,” Conover shared. “I was very shocked. And it’s OK. It takes two people to be in a relationship and you can’t control other people, you can only control how you react to it. Remember to be kind to Paige and me and yourselves and all of that good stuff.”
“I’m still processing everything, which is normal,” he continued. “It’s a three-year relationship, it’s your best friend who you talk to all day everyday, and then they’re just gone. So, you know, one day I’ll be able to talk more on it.”

FellowSouthern CharmguestPatricia Altschulagreed. “I thought that Paige was mean to Craig. I did.” she said. “And if you think back,Naomi [Olindo]was mean to Craig. And I think he deserves somebody who would really love and cherish him. Because remember, he said to her, ‘I want to get married and have kids’ and she said, ‘Bleh?’ "
“I mean, she definitely was the dominate person in the relationship,” Kroll added. “That’s a nice way of saying it.”
