Blake Livelyis “in constant contact with her team” over her ongoing legal battle withIt Ends With Usactor-directorJustin Baldoni, a source tells PEOPLE.
“She sees the whole lawsuit drama as a necessary bump, but she’s not letting it take away from her main focus, which is her children," the insider says of the actress, 37, who is suing Baldoni, 41, for alleged misconduct in the making of the film.
“Blake is surprisingly calm and just tries to focus on family life,” the source adds regarding Lively’s husbandRyan Reynoldsand theirfour children.
Livelyfiled a complaint against Baldoni accusing him of sexual harassmentduring the production of the 2024 filmIt Ends With Us.She is also suing Baldoni’s production company Wayfarer Studios, his publicists Jennifer Abel and Melissa Nathan and the film’s lead producerJamey Heathand more over an alleged retaliatory public smear campaign to “destroy” her reputation. Baldoni has denied the allegations.

A pre-trial conference involving both parties’ attorneys took place on Monday, Feb. 3 as they discussed Lively’s prospectiverequest for a gag order.
Freedman is also representing Heath, co-producer onIt Ends With Us, Steve Sarowitz, Wayfarer Studios and publicists Melissa Nathan and Jennifer Abel in the lawsuit.

The decision was made after Baldoni’s legal team releasedvideo footageto press of Lively and Baldoni on the set ofIt Ends With Usandlaunched a website, publishing his legal documents.
