Brooks Nader Confirms She's Legally Married to Billy Haire amid Romance WithDWTSPartner Gleb Savchenko

Amid her romance withGleb Savchenko,Brooks Naderrevealed that she’s still legally married.

The model, 28, has been romantically linked with the professional dancer, 41, since they were paired onseason 33 ofDancing with the Stars. But despitethe on-and-off again coupleeven sparking engagement rumors, Nader confirmed that she’s still legally married to her estranged husband Billy Haire.

She did so ina video posted to TikTokon Jan. 20, which she captioned, “Plot twist: still legally married.”

In the video, Nader and Savchenko lip-synced to audio from an interview betweenEllen DeGeneresandAmy Schumerin whichthe former Ellen DeGeneres Show hostasks the comedian about her husbandChris Fischer.

“And how is your husband doing?” Savchenko mouthed, mimicking DeGeneres' question. In response, Nader mimed Schumer’s witty reply, “He’s great. Chris, right?”

Nader and Haire tied the knotin New Orleans in front of 330 guests on Dec. 15, 2019.

About four and a half years later in May 2024, the pairannounced their separation.

In a statement shared with PEOPLE, Nader’s rep said the two were “divorcing after living apart for months.” The rep added, “The split is amicable.”

“She’s a busy person and career wise she’s on top of the world,” an insider close to the couple told PEOPLE at the time. “All relationships are hard and some can be salvaged, some can’t. They’re both truly amazing people. They have just decided to go their separate ways.”

Meanwhile, Savchenko is legally divorced from ex-wifeElena Samodanova. They share two daughters together — Olivia, 13, and Zlata, 7. In early January, he hinted that he’s"ready for a 3rd one,“tagging Nader in his Instagram Story.

In September 2024, four months after Nader’s split, theSports Illustrated Swimsuitcover model made her debut onDWTSand wasspotted kissing Savchenko.

Since then, they’ve documented the ups and downs of their relationship, fromgetting matching tattoosand havinga brief breakuptospending holidays togetherandaffectionate social media posts.
