Chrissy Teigenis revealing her late-night secret!On Wednesday, March 12, the model and author, 39, spoke about her nighttime routine, which includes indulging in a midnight snack.“We have podcasts on sleep, and sleep is one of the things that I do terribly,” she said onToday. “Top to bottom, I have four kids, but I eat in bed. I eat around midnight, 1 a.m. I go to sleep. I wake up to eat. I go back to sleep. I sleep very warm and you’re supposed to sleep in cold. I don’t do anything right.”Asked about her husbandJohn Legend’s opinions on her late night snacking, Teigen replied, “John, you know him, he goes with the flow.”“He goes down and gets my Postmates for me,” she continued. “It used to be sandwiches and stuff for me or like a hard-boiled egg.
