According toThe Athletic,Stewart-Binks, 38, filed the complaint in Los Angeles County Superior Court, alleging that Dixon — who wasnamed in a separate sexual misconduct lawsuitagainst the network earlier this month — sexually assaulted her in 2016 while she was an employee at the network.

Dixon is the executive vice president of content for FS1, and has been in the role since 2015.

According to theAthletic,Stewart-Binks alleged in the complaint that Dixon forcibly kissed her after he pushed her against a wall and pinned down her arms. She says the incident happened after a Jan. 2016 meeting to discuss the Super Bowl.

Stewart-Binks claimed in her complaint, per theAthletic, that after she reported the incident to a human resources representative at Fox, the network “egregiously made the deliberate decision to protect Dixon and allow a sexual predator to remain an executive at Fox for nearly a decade.”

Dixon allegedly pinned Stewart-Binks down and forcibly kissed her on a second occasion during a work trip, the complaint said, according to theAthletic.Stewart-Binks said she felt she was unable to refuse an invitation to Dixon’s hotel room, where he allegedly offered a beer and to see the view.

Once she met up with the network executive, he allegedly “pushed her against the wall and pinned her arms to her side” before he “tried to force his tongue into her mouth,” theAthleticreported.

“While keeping one of her arms pinned, he moved his other arms from pressing her upper elbow against the wall to her body and towards her chest,” the complaint reportedly claimed.

The complaint stated, “As Ms. Faraji was standing near the bar, facing the crowd, Mr. Dixon approached her. He asked the bartender for a drink and then placed his arm on Ms. Faraji’s lower back. He asked how she was doing, if she was having fun and if she wanted a tequila shot.”

The complaint also stated that an anonymous female talent member had told Faraji that Dixon said that she “would need to have sex with him if she wanted to renew her contract,” which she refused.
