According to Hilton, taking time to do things for herself that she likes is important — especially when she needs to unwind amid her fast-paced lifestyle.
Still, she admits she doesn’t mind having a lot going on in her day-to-day life. “I like it that way. I really do like being busy,” Hilton says. “I’d rather be complaining I have to do this and do that than have nothing to do.”

“I feel that we’re all time-poor, but it’s important to sometimes slow down, take a little break and smell the roses,” she continues. “It’s nice to just sit back.”
Adds Hilton: “Of course, I can’t always keep off the phone or off the iPad, but there’s times when I’m praying or doing my visualizations.”

Hilton’s approach to prioritizing comfort is where her partnership with Lovesac, a furniture company that sells modular sofas, bean bag chairs and other home furnishings, comes in.
“I have to say, it was an easy job,” she tells PEOPLE. “I said, ‘Wait, all I have to do is just sit here and relax? This is great. I love it.’ "
For the “Recline of Civilization” campaign — which takes aim at “today’s never-stop, hustle-and-grind culture” while “emphasizing the importance of slowing down, relaxation and self-care,” per Lovesac — Hilton got to dress down, instead of up.
“I had my comfy socks and my slippers on,” she explains. “I kind of was dressed like I would for a trip, because when I get on an airplane, I usually go and put sweats on with my socks and slippers and an eye mask.”
As for some Lovesac products she is loving and using to keep zen, Hilton says she is a fan of the company’s “Sactionals” and chairs, as well as the newReclining Seat. “Sometimes my neck is bad, so I have a little pillow behind me, and I lay back, put my cold compression and just kind of relax,” she explains, adding: “It’s like, could I just have someone carry me around like this? I love it.”
