In the firsttrailerfor season 6 ofThe Kardashians, the famous family navigates their different relationships and friendships amid their ongoing business ventures.

Towards the end of the trailer,Khloé Kardashian, 40, confesses, “Honestly, I think timing is everything.”

“You guys are never going to believe who I met with,” she teases sisterKim Kardashian, 44, and momKris Jenner, 69.

“Who?” Kim replies as a man’s foot is seen stepping out of a car.

“This is insane,” Kim says as Khloé’s ex-husband Lamar Odom walks into someone’s home bearing a bouquet of red roses.

While it isn’t explicitly clear if Kris is speaking about Khloé and Lamar, Khloé is heard saying, “I don’t know this person anymore.”

A tearful Kris later says she’s “devastated for [her] child.”

The segment hints at a reconciliation between Khloé and Lamar, 45, and concludes with Khloé shouting to her family, “It’s the truth. The truth hurts one time. A lie hurts 7,000 times.”

In July 2015, both stars finallysigned divorce papers. That October, Lamar was rushed to the hospital after his years-long battle with drug addiction came to a head when he was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel. He remained in the hospital, mostly comatose, for months.
