Kim Zolciak Accuses Ex Kroy Biermann of Throwing Her to the Ground in New Police Filing

Kim Zolciak-BiermannandKroy Biermann’s divorce drama is escalating.

“One of the juveniles, a female, had a small cut on her elbow but did not require medical aid. Another male juvenile on scene was hysterical and shouting,” the report read.

Per documents, Kim alleged Kroy threw her off a ladder while she was taking down curtains, although she “refused” to show evidence of injury when authorities asked.

Kroy, on the other hand, claimed “he had been removing curtains and [Kim] approached him and attacked him from behind” before she “struck” him in the face. The reporting officer stated there were no visible injuries on Kroy.

Police also reported that one of the pair’s daughters witnessed the incident and claimed Kim’s story was not true. The child allegedly told the same story as Kroy, saying he was initially taking the curtains down when Kim grew upset and climbed on the ladder to do it herself, leading her to fall in the midst of an argument.

Another child was also present in the house — a boy— but he told police he only went upstairs after hearing commotion from the basement.

Due to the differing stories, police were unable to identify the “primary aggressor” and left the home without making any arrests. They reported that Kim would not leave the residence despite being advised to separate from Kroy for the night, but he said he would stay away from her.

PEOPLE reached out to lawyers for Kim and Kroy but did not immediately hear back. A rep for Kim declined to comment.

This is not the first time cops have been called for a dispute between Kim and Kroy. In April, the formerReal Housewives of Atlantastar called 911 to report that Kroy had allegedly violated a December 2023 court order that required eachto stay on separate sides of the house.

“He’s been screaming and yelling all night … I feel so violated. Going through my phone is insane … I have nothing to hide. I have no privacy. I’m tired of living like this,” she continued, noting that she was in the midst of a “horrible divorce.”

The couple, whomet in May 2010during an event filmed for theRHOA,filed for divorce in May 2023. In July of that same year, they decided tocall it off, but Kroy filed for asecond timea month later.

During their 12-year marriage, Kim and Kroy welcomed fourkidstogether:Kroy “KJ” Jagger Jr., Kash and twinsKaia Rose and Kane Ren.

Kroy also legally adopted Kim’s two older daughters from a previous relationship,BrielleandAriana. Their blended family life was chronicled on the Bravo spinoff seriesDon’t Be Tardy.
