Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s Georgia Home Put Up for Public Auction

Kim ZolciakandKroy Biermann’s Georgia home has been put up for auction and is facing foreclosure after more than a year of being on the market.

The property was to be sold “during the legal hours of sale,” which is between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. local time, per the Fulton County Clerk’sofficial website. The current status of the property is not yet clear.

The Alpharetta, Ga. home also appears on the Fulton County foreclosure list as of Tuesday, Dec. 3, according topublic records.

In February 2023, the home wasset for public auction after formerReal Housewives of Atlantastars defaulted on a $1.65 million loanthey took out for the property in October 2012. However, a source told PEOPLE a few days later that theestranged couple took “action to clear this up.”

PEOPLE has reached out to Zolciak for comment but has not yet received a reply.

The former NFL linebacker, 39, claimed Zolciak’s “frivolous spending” left them with just one remaining asset — their shared marital home. Per the documents, the property has beennearly foreclosedon “at least two times” before.

He also alleged that his ex’s “complete disregard " of their “financial situation will have devastating consequences” for them and their children.

As a result of his wife’s alleged behavior, Biermann requested that the court “force the sale of the home” for a price that he deemed acceptable and “remove [Zolciak] from any decision-making process.”

Biermann also claimed that Zolciak, 46, said “she didn’t care if the home went into foreclosure.” She allegedly didn’t want to accept an offer of less than $3.85 million for the property at the time as she wouldn’t “have enough money to purchase a home” of her own.

Zolciak and Biermann first put their home on the market for $6 million in October 2023, nearly two months after Biermannfiled for divorcefrom Zolciak for a second time in August 2023.

They have cut the price of the sprawling mansion several times since. They first brought the asking price down to $5.5 million in December 2023, then to $4.5 million in January 2024, and again to $4.2 million in June 2024.

As of November 2024, the property was listed at $3.7 million after receiving another price cut, perZillow.

The home features seven bedrooms, a six-car garage,billiard and arcade rooms, a gym with a private massage room, a 500-bottle walk-in wine cellar, a heated pool and a home theater, according to Zillow. The property is spread across 1.78 acres of land.
