Leo Woodall Admits He Sometimes Misses His Temporary Tattoos FromThe White Lotus(Exclusive)

While he might not have a lot of inked skin in real life,Leo Woodallhas lived vicariously through some of his tattoo-clad characters.

“I was covered in temporary ones inWhite Lotus,” the 28-year-old actor tells PEOPLE in this week’s issue about his role as Jack, a “bad boy”, who even had a tattoo on his neck. “I miss them occasionally.”

Woodall was able to relive the excitement as well while filming his upcoming new crime thrillerTuner. “I had loads of tattoos in that film, starring oppositeDustin Hoffman,” he recalls. “I had a bunch up my arm and on my hand.”

Aside from his roles, Woodall does have “one little one” that holds sentimental value. “It is the house number from where I grew up,” he says. “I got it in 2020.”

What stops the actor from covering himself head to toe? Patience, or lack thereof. “I can imagine getting one or two more,” he adds. “I wouldn’t want to have to sit in hair and makeup for two extra hours getting them covered up.”

Last time something gave me chillsWicked. I have such respect forCynthia ErivoandAriana Grande. I’ve caught myself singing “Popular.” I can hold a tune, but I won’t be auditioning for a musical anytime soon.

Last class I tookI took numerous math classes forPrime Target. I couldn’t tell you what he was trying to teach me. I think they hoped I’d understand it, but I understood nothing.

Last time I dancedFilming a scene forBridget Jones[: Mad About the Boy]. I was dancing a lot. I’ve got rhythm, but choreography has always been my thing.

Last dream I rememberI had a dream that Shrek was running for something in Canada, and people had to vote for him. I was shouting at everybody, “Why is no one voting for Shrek?!” It probably has some meaning, but I have no idea what it is.
