Love After Lockup:1 Couple Is 'High on Love' as Another Fears Their Family and Partner Is Like Mixing 'Fire and Gasoline' (Exclusive)

Life after prison means second chances, but when it comes to love, will these former convicts slide back into their old habits?

In PEOPLE’s exclusive sneak peek at the new season ofLove After Lockup, seven couples, including a few fan favorites fromLove During Lockup, will encounter “new doubts” and “unforeseen obstacles” as they navigate their relationships after being released from bars.

As their partners breath sighs of relief and express excitement over making one last trip to prison, each couple has an emotional reunion as they embrace outside of prison walls for the first time.

Savannah tells cameras she’s “definitely looking forward to getting f—ed,” and Will also admits that he and his partner Courtney have “spent no physical time together.”

For Joey and Michael, the couple are both eager to explore their intimate relationship out in the real world. Like his costars, Joey also has reservations about getting physical.

“What if we don’t have the same sexual chemistry?” he asks. “Cause we were f—ed up when we had sex before he went in.”

The trailer then transitions to Ashley and Julius … and Alexis. Unbeknownst to the two women, it turns out Julius has been keeping secrets — and relationships — from both of them. When Julius excitedly calls Ashley to tell her of his release, Alexis is laying rose petals on her bed for his return.

“I don’t like sneaking around, but it’s gotta be done,” he says with a beaming smile to cameras.

Julius isn’t the only one who has his hands full with juggling multiple relationships.

Savannah reveals that her romance with Bradly began when he became her marijuana dealer, “but since then, I’ve been high on love.”

When the couple sit down with a woman who seems to be Bradly’s sister, the ladies throw glares at each other as he admits that, “The dynamic with my family and Savannah is fire and gasoline.”

Later, Brooklyn and Brian’s relationship is put in jeopardy when she finds a photo of a “big booty b—-” on his device. Courtney also finds herself in hot water when she learns there’s an active warrant out for her arrest.

“It’s always f—ing something,” Quiana cries in a subsequent shot.
