On Wednesday, Jan. 15, Cobb County prosecutor Sonya Allen charged Smith with felonies of obstruction of officers and terroristic threats, according to court documents.

The document alleges Smith was “suggesting the death of Kayla Winkfield with the purpose of terrorizing Kayla Winkfield" and “threatening to kill Kayla Winkfield.”

Then, as Smith was transported to jail, she also allegedly threatened to kill both the cop and the cop’s sister multiple times.
