Sean “Diddy” Combs is accused in a new lawsuit of raping a 17-year-old boy at a New York City night club in 2012.

The lawsuit was filed in New York state Supreme Court on behalf of an anonymous man, who accuses Combs, 55, of drugging and anally raping him in the back room of a SoHo club when he was a teen.

“Combs is a menace to society, women and children,” the complaint states. “To this day, (John Doe) often has nightmares of being in the back room of the nightclub, watching as Combs takes him from behind.”

“The request was firm,” the filing alleges. “Doe followed as instructed.”

According to the complaint, there were multiple people in the backroom including members of Combs’ entourage as well as “what appeared to be strippers and escorts.”

“In this crowd, Doe spotted Combs,” the complaint alleges. “Doe sat three to four seats away, but Combs soon moved closer. At that point, Combs handed Doe another shot of Ciroc (vodka), which Doe drank. Doe and Combs then talked about music, modeling, the city, and the entertainment industry as a whole.”

The document alleges that at some point the accuser “began to realize something was wrong” and became “hazy and disoriented” and “could feel himself losing consciousness and control of his body.”

He claimed he “went in and out of consciousness” and “was aware of what was happening but couldn’t stop it,” per the suit.

He claimed he never reported the attack because he was embarrassed and because of “Combs’ power and notoriety.”

In a statement to PEOPLE, Combs' legal team wrote: “As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”
