Mandy Mooreis celebrating an extra special Thanksgiving this year!
“A day late and without any cute pictures from the day but oh so thankful for this sweet family of mine. 🦃,” the actress captioned the post.
Speaking to PEOPLE a few weeks after Lou’s birth, Moore said she was looking forward tocelebrating the holidayswith her newly minted family of five.
“We’re finding our rhythm and are just so excited about the upcoming holidays,” she shared. “It’s my favorite time of year in general, and the fact that now we’re kind of sliding right into Halloween then Thanksgiving then Christmas, it feels extra special to be able to do it all together as a family of five.”
Moore and Goldsmith, 39, didn’t make any big holiday plans this year. Instead, the actress said, “We’re excited to hunker down at home and be all together.”
“Our family is truly complete,” she continued, adding, “We’ll figure out some of the new traditions that we want to start and incorporate.”

“One whole month with our Lou. The hungriest, sleepiest, happiest, crusher of tummy time,” Moore began her caption. “She’s a total dream in every way and we can’t imagine a world without her… like she’s always been a part of the fabric of our family.”
“Forever grateful to the world’s best OBGYN, Dr. Hadar Waldman, our excellent L&D nurses Rachel and Justice and our extraordinary doula @rebeccacoursey_photosandfilm for helping her meet us earthside. 💓💓💓💓,” she added.
