A Florida woman who waskilled along with two others in a shooting spreebefore her 4-year-old daughter was abducted had reportedly run around her neighborhood pleading for help after she was shot.
Officers first discovered Mary’s father David Pozner, 64, slain in the back patio of a Tamarac, Fla., residence after responding to reports of a shooting just after 6 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 16.
They learned Seraphine was missing from the residence, naming Nathan a suspect andissuing an Amber Alert, which was called off after the child’s safe rescue hours later.
Mary was also missing at this time, mentioned as a possible abduction victim on the Amber Alert,per the Miami Herald.

It appears Mary had been seeking help from neighbors right before the killings.

Nathan has been charged with three counts of first-degree murder, one count of violating a protective order and one count of interfering with custody, per online records from the Broward Sheriff’s Office.
He is being held without bond on all but the custody interference charge; for that offense, his bail has been set at $2,500.
Plea and attorney information were not immediately available. PEOPLE has reached out to an attorney representing Nathan in a previous domestic violence case, but it wasn’t clear if she is representing him in this case.
