The TikTok creator, 23, took toInstagramto commemorate her wedding anniversary on Feb. 21, writing in the caption, “do you believe in soulmates? Happy 5 years, lover 🤍.”

The video — which featured the text, “POV: you get married at 18 and before you know it, 5 years have passed,” overlayed over the clip — featured several highlights from her wedding day, including some intimate moments from their ceremony.

Nara and Lucky Blue first started dating after they met at Milan Fashion Week in 2019. The pair wentInstagram officialin November 2019 and he proposed to her a month later in December.

Since their wedding in February 2020, the couple has welcomed three children together,Rumble Honey, Slim Easy and Whimsy Lou Smith. Nara is also the stepmother to Lucky Blue’s daughter, Gravity Blue Smith, who he shares with his ex, Stormi Henley.

Nara recently commemorated thefifth anniversary of Lucky Blue’s proposal on Instagramin December 2024, including a video of her flashing the ring and his celebration after she accepted. “pov: the guy you had a crush on at 15 years old proposes to you 3 years later after a few months of dating,” she wrote over the video at the time.

In the caption, she opened up about their journey, noting she has had a crush on Lucky Blue since she was 15 when saw him onThe Ellen DeGeneres Show.

Over the course of their relationship, Nara has become a pop culture staple, going viral for her elaborate recipes, fashion sense and an intimate look into her life with Lucky Blue and their children.

In anexclusive interview with PEOPLEback in December 2024, Nara opened up about her thoughts on content creation, noting that she “doesn’t feel like trends need to be something that we need to adhere to.”

“I don’t create content for a specific type of audience, I just share my life and whatever resonates with people is what draws them to me,” she continued. “It brings me joy that people take whatever they want to take away from my content and that [part] resonates with them. It’s so beautiful seeing people do whatever they please, [whether they’re trying out] different clothing, nails, hair or makeup [and] while [trends are] fun… I also feel like someone being authentically themselves is just as beautiful.”
