A new crew of ambitious agents are ready to take over NYC in PEOPLE’s exclusive first look atSelling the City!
From the creators ofSelling SunsetandSelling the OC, the new Netflix docusoap (streaming Jan. 3) followsEleonora Srugo’s “no-nonsense, kicka–” Douglas Elliman agents. In the first trailer, above, they fight for multimillion-dollar listings, navigate personal drama and try to pave their own way in this “cutthroat world,” according to Netflix.
Srugo is the show’s ring leader and a power player in Manhattan real estate. She made Douglas Elliman’s top NYC sale of the year (for $75 million) in 2024 and was their number one ranked agent in 2023.
In the show’s eight-episode first season, the native New Yorker will attempt to assemble her own team of top agents.
Enter Jade Chan, Taylor Middleton, Jordyn Taylor Braff, Abigail Godfrey, Gisselle Meneses-Núñez, Justin Tuinstra and Steve Gold.

Tuinstra has closed over $500 million in sales, as hasMiddleton— who was recently namedDE’s “One to Watch.”
