YouTube starNikocado Avocado— who famously unveiled a sudden 250-lb. weight loss, seemingly overnight — has shared another secret: He gotskin removalsurgery.“I had a lot of loose skin,” the social media star (real name: Nicholas Perry) said in aYouTubevideo posted Feb. 12 to his 4.6 million subscribers. “I knew I would have some and I was hiding it in my clothes … it’s just skin, you can kind of tuck it under your pants and hide it. I feel so good.
