On Sunday, Dec. 8, the actress and activist, 57, debuted bangs for a screening of her new filmThe Last Showgirlin West Hollywood. The new addition is a fresh take on Anderson’s trademark blonde locks, which she’s been rocking since herBaywatchdays.
Anderson walked the red carpet in a structured brown cashmere Bottega Veneta dress (a nod toPantone’s color of the year, perhaps?) with a cape-like silhouette and subtle boning. She teamed the look withBottega Veneta’s $1,150 Canalazzo pumpsand posed with fellow cast members of the Gia Coppola-directed flick, Kiernan Shipka and Brenda Song.The star also continued the makeup-free streak that she first kicked off during on Paris Fashion Week in 2023.

“I mean — I wear — I love to wear makeup too sometimes,” she said. “It has a time and a place. I just feel in my personal life, it just didn’t really make sense.”

When asked about what beauty means to her, the star shared: “Being brave and living your dreams. It’s never too late.
On the red carpet, Anderson looked elegant in a butter yellow Oscar de la Renta gown with a large bow in the back. She kept her accessories simple with diamond studs and wore her her long and loose. Of course, she also went makeup-free.
