On Wednesday, Jan. 29, the actress, 55, wore an ultra-glam pink strapless gown from the 2000 Balmain collection to promoteBridget Jones: Mad About the Boyat its premiere in London.

She opted for a body-hugging dress with a straight-across neckline and a short train.

Zellweger paired her gown with a statement ring and shiny pumps. The Oscar winner also wore her hair in a wavy ponytail with face-framing pieces. She wore natural makeup and a cheeky smile as she posed for pictures.

“First of all, it’s an incredible dress. I love that dress,” she said of the red strapless gown, before diving into the intricacies of her look. “It’s weighted and stuffed at the bottom so that it holds its shape.”

“I remember that as we were leaving that night, a gentleman had stepped on the train,” she said, “and I kept walking in the other direction and it ripped it right off my dress.”
