Rob Kardashian Is 'Always So Grateful' of Staffers Who Help with Daughter Dream’s Parties: He's a 'Pleasure'

Mindy Weiss has nothing but good things to say aboutRob Kardashian!

The party planner to the stars appeared onKhloé Kardashian’sKhloé in Wonder Landpodcaston Wednesday, Feb. 19, where she revealed how each member of the famous family acts when it comes to their events. Reflecting on her experiences with Rob, Weiss said he treats everyone involved with kindness.

“Rob, I only see him at Dream’s parties,” she explained, referring to his8-year-old daughter, who he shares withex Blac Chyna. “But let me tell you — when he shows up, he goes to every vendor and thanks them. ‘Thank you for being here, thank you for doing this.’ So what a pleasure.”

“And it’s always better than what he thought because you’re planning it,” she added, noting that Khloé, 40, takes the reins on her younger brother’s celebrations.

“He obviously trusts me so much but he’ll have an opinion,” Khloé said. “Like he’ll tell me the theme is soccer or this or that, but then he’s like, ‘okay.’ He knows between me and you, we’re gonna get it done. But he’s always so grateful.”

Gushing that Rob, 37, is “grateful and happy,” Weiss said she always enjoys working with him.

“[He’s] always just huggable,” she continued. “And I always just hug him.”

As for Khloé’s party planning style, Weiss said she doesn’t like to do things last-minute, but she also isn’t afraid to point out when she doesn’t like something.

“I’m very particular,” Khloé laughed before Weiss revealed she is the only sister, aside fromKendall Jenner, who likes to be there during setup.

Unlike his family, Rob hassteered away from the spotlightin recent years. However, Khloé, with whom he has a particularly close bond, sometimes gives updates on him and his daughter Dream.

In March 2024,she posted a sweet tributefor his birthday onInstagram, calling Rob her “bestie for the restie” and praising him for being “the most loving, hysterical, gentle and majestic human.”

“I have so many hopes and dreams for you,” she wrote. “I dream that you wake up one day and you know with everything inside your being that you are enough. I pray you realize that WE are the lucky ones because we get to share space with you. I dream for you to be happy. I want deep peace to enter your life and never leave your side. I dream for you to realize your potential on this planet.”

She continued: “My wish for you is a million wishes And for them all to come true. Be the greatest person you can possibly be. Do things that make you proud. For you to have gratitude for even the smallest of things. Surround yourself with people who bring out the best of you. Believe in yourself and in your journey. Continue to be exactly who you are, loving, compassionate, caring, intelligent, respectful. Let go of the pressure that your past has put on you. Thrive at your own pace. Don’t try to be perfect, Simply try to Be better than you were yesterday.”
