“We were working with a production company, and things were going great,” theUnlocked with Savannah Chrisleypodcast host tells PEOPLE in this week’s issue. “And then, there were some things that were done that I did not like.”
Savannah, 27, adds, “I backed out. I stepped away, and I said, “I’m done. I am not working. I’m not getting myself in a situation I don’t feel comfortable and safe in.”
PEOPLE has reached out to Scout Productions for comment.
Now, she says, they’re “in talks” with a “very well-known big production company” for a show. “A network already said they want it. They want it on air [on] August 11th, which, ironically, is my birthday. So, we’ll see.”
Savannah notes that “they’re working on schedules now, and they want to start shooting.”
