Renée Zellweger’s former Los Angeles home is back on the market!

Located in the Topanga Hills neighborhood of L.A., the actress’ former abode is officially up for grabs for $8 million. It features four bedrooms and five bathrooms spread out across 4,414 square feet.

The sprawling property, which was previously renovated “down to the studs,” sits on more than nine acres of land and offers views of the surrounding mountains and canyon.

It also boasts a number of luxury amenities, including access to private hiking trails and a back patio equipped with an infinity-edge pool and outdoor fireplace.

In the primary bedroom, large sliding glass doors offer direct access to the pool patio, making indoor/outdoor living a breeze.

PEOPLE previouslyconfirmed Zellweger and Anstead were datingin June 2021, shortly after they met on the set of his Discovery+ show,Celebrity IOU Joyride, in April that same year.

A month before the actress sold her Topanga Hills home in October 2021, a source told PEOPLE that the actress was forming a close bond with Anstead’s son Hudson, now 5, whom he shares with ex-wifeChristina Haack.

“Renée spends a lot of time with Ant in Laguna Beach,” the source said at the time. “Ant is very focused on his son. Renée seems to very much understand this focus. She seems to enjoy all the fun outings with his son. She is always very playful and sweet with Hudson.”

Fast forward to April 2023, a different source gave PEOPLEan update on the lovebirds’ living situation, noting that they had “found a house that they both love and are moving in together.”

“They are very happy and in love. They have tried to keep their relationship private and low-key because of Hudson,” the insider added at the time. Anstead also has two older children — daughter Amelie, 21, and Archie, 18 — from his first marriage.
