Simone Biles Does Her First Workout Since the Olympics — and Says This Kind of Class Is 'Too Hard'

Simone Bilesmay be the most decorated gymnast in history — but even she isn’t immune to a “hard” workout session.

In a post shared to herInstagram Storieson Wednesday, Dec. 4, Biles, 27, documented her first workout following her historic run at the Paris Olympics.

“First time working out since the olympics,” the gymnast wrote. “This is what I wore to a pilates class that I will never be attending again! Y’all stay strong out there lmao. It was too hard.”

During the Netflix docuseriesSimone Biles: Rising, the gymnast opened up about her advanced age (for gymnastics) and how she feels differently now than she did earlier in her career.

Coming off her successful Gold Over America Tour, Biles has been tight-lipped about her future in gymnastics — specifically if she will return for a fourth Olympic games in Los Angeles in 2028.

Biles' husbandJonathan Owenstold PEOPLE in August that he’s on board with whatever she decides.

“If she feels like it is time to focus on life … because when you are locked in, you do have to sacrifice a lot and you do miss a lot,“Owens told PEOPLE.

“That’s the one thing that she would just have to figure out for herself. And like I said, man, I’m here to support her a thousand percent whatever she decides to do,” he added.
