Starbucks knows how to brighten up a Monday!
The coffee chain is offering one free “post-game day” coffee to customers on Monday, Feb. 10 as a reward for “going big” at Sunday’sSuper Bowl.
The company announced in apress releasethat Rewards members will be able to get their hands on one free tall hot or iced coffee on what is now being hailed as “Starbucks Monday.”
“With the Big Game on Sunday, Feb. 9, many Americans will spend the day going big — which may lead to a long Monday,” the release said.
“That’s why on Monday, Feb. 10, your post-game day coffee is on us. Starbucks Rewards® members in the U.S. can stop in for a free tall (12 fl. oz.) hot or iced brewed coffee any time on Starbucks Monday.”

To get a free coffee, Starbucks Rewards members must apply the Starbucks Monday coupon in the Starbucks app ahead of ordering their coffee or redeem their Starbucks Monday coupon with a barista in-store or in the drive-thru.
The offer comes after Starbucks posted aphotoon Instagram days ago a photo of a steaming hot Starbucks cup of coffee with the words written on it, “Monday’s coffee is on us.” In the caption, the company added that the free beverage is being offered on the “Mondayest Monday of the year.”
On Sunday, Feb. 9, Starbucks posted aphotoof an iced coffee in promotion of the new deal with the message, “Psst. There’s a free tall cup of coffee with your name on it. Monday, 2.10. 25.”
The company wrote in the caption, “If you needed a reason to look forward to Monday, this is it.”

The Starbucks offer is available at participating stores in the U.S. and U.S. Starbucks Reserve Roasteries and does not include delivery services.
“If you join Starbucks Rewards on Feb. 10, just see your barista in the store to enjoy a coffee on us,” the company added.
A purchase will have to be made and a new code of conduct followed, to be able to use the cafe’s toilets or sit and have a chat as of Jan. 27.
