After 13 years competing onTheChallenge,Nany Gonzálezwants her first win — bad.

“It would mean everything to me to win,” González, 35, tells PEOPLE.

“I never once in my wildest dreams imagined that I would show up and Turbo would be there because this is the first season ofAll Starswhere there’s been people from other shows besidesThe Real WorldandRoad Rules,” González says.

González threw Çamkıran, 36, into elimination onRide or Dies, causing him to go home. As a result, they haven’t spoken since the season filmed in 2022. “AfterRide or Dies, I blocked Turbo from all social media, blocked his phone number,” González says. “I truly thought I would never see him again.”

But she wanted the $300,000 prize money, so González hoped to “squash things and start with a clean slate” with Çamkıran.

“When it comes down to it, I didn’t choose this game. I didn’t choose for him to be my partner, but that’s just the way the cards are dealt,” González says. “So if I have to swallow my pride and sit him down and get on the same page just so I know that, when it comes down to it, we’re able to at least work together and do what we need to do as a team to get to the end, then that’s what I’m going to do.”

González says that “based off of strength alone,” she thought both male duos —Leroy GarrettandDevin Walkerand Adam Larson and Steve Meinke — appeared to be her and Çamkıran’s biggest competition.

“Not that I was concerned that they were going to target me, it was more so just sizing up the teams and looking at who would be my biggest threat in the game,” she explains.

The reality star might have been at a slight disadvantage, too, due to only having three weeks to prep after agreeing last minute to do the show.

“I agreed to do the show three weeks before I left,” González reveals. “Normally I definitely train for seasons, but thisAll Stars season, it it happened pretty last minute, so I really only got less than a month in of getting back into shape.”

However, González didn’t feel underprepared.

“There really wasn’t any [challenge] that I was like, no, I don’t want to do,” she says. “But if there was one thing that I wouldn’t be looking forward to, it’s definitely trivia just because trivia is the one where you know you’re going to be dangling in some awkward position above water and it’s never going to be good because you’re going directly into the water. That’s just never fun.”

González also found herself “pretty much going blind” when it came to the social media drama that plays out between contestants between seasons.

“I just don’t have time for that,” González adds.
