Woods, who often dons an iconic red polo on Sundays, credits his mother for the fashion choice. Years ago, Woods wore blue to two tournaments while playing junior golf — losing both.“[I] switched to red and I went on a hot streak. And, well, I kept it,” he said.In 2009, he supported his mother’s instinct on his website: “You should always listen to your mom.”
