We’re seeing doubleTimothée Chalamet!
Miles Mitchell, who won theChalamet lookalike contestin New York City this past October, sharedon Instagramover the weekend that he met the actor at a screening event.
The 21-year-old’s video showed theA Complete Unknownactor, 28, shaking Mitchell’s hand before realizing who he was and excitedly exclaiming, “Oh, s—!”, before the two embraced and posed for a photo together.
Commenters were beside themselves, with one joking, “This is the biggest thing to ever happen for any chronically online person.”
“This was very necessary,” said another, while a third quipped of Chalamet, “He was more excited than you were HAHA.”

Chalamet went viral for crashing his own lookalike contest in N.Y.C. on Oct. 27, after which event organizerAnthony Pospoke to PEOPLE about being issued a $500 fine for hosting a public event without a permit — whichChalamet’s team offered to pay.
Though appreciative, Po, 23, said he declined to accept the actor’s kind offer. Instead, the digital invite app Partiful put up the money to pay off the fine.
In addition to their $500 gesture, Chalamet’s people also relayed praise from theDunestar: “They basically [said], ‘We thought it was awesome. Thanks so much,’ " Po added. “It was all good and fun.”
While Po didn’t actually get to meet or see Chalamet at the event, he was included in Po’s official ranking of lookalikes after the contest concluded. Despite being the real deal among dupes, the actor only came in around 13th place.
This isn’t the first time Mitchell has gone viral for looking like Chalamet. Last year, he got a “Timothée Chalamet-inspired haircut” while living abroad in London. His hairdresser, TikTokerTobias Bell, posted footage of the makeover, and the video garnered over 1.2 million views.
Mitchell also recounted theexperience of winningthe competition on hisYouTube channel, in a video titled, “How Winning the Timothee Chalamet Look-Alike Contest Changed My Life.”
Since winning, Mitchell has heard from several brands about possibly working together, including “Shake Shack, Google and skincare brands like L’Oreal, GNC, NYX Cosmetics,” he said.
Chalamet stars as Bob Dylan in his new filmA Complete Unknown. The biopic is in theaters Dec. 18.
