Throughout its four-season run,Jessiehad crossovers with many of Disney Channel’s other shows from the same era, includingGood Luck Charlie,Austin & AllyandLiv and Maddie.

AfterJessieconcluded in 2015, three of the main cast members appeared in the spinoffBunk’d, while many of the cast were able to use the show as a springboard for a range of exciting career opportunities.

She also made headlines in 2025 alongside her former costar Karan Brar whenthey shared a PDA-filled TikTokthat she later said was a “joke.”

Ryan played well-meaning nanny (and aspiring actress) Jessie Prescott. She had already risen to Disney prominence in 2008 when she played the role of Bailey Pickett inThe Suite Life on DeckalongsideDylanandCole Sprouse.

While starring onJessie, Ryan also appeared in a few movies, including 2012’s teen dramaRadio Rebel. That same year, she formed an indie folk band, The Never Ending, which opened forFifth Harmonyduring their 2015 tour.

AfterJessieended, Ryan was cast in the police comedy-dramaThe Mysteries of Lauraand in the sitcomSing It!, as well as the moviesHorse GirlandNight Teeth. She also played main character Patty Bladell in the Netflix comedy-dramaInsatiable, which ran for two seasons, until 2019.

OnceJessieended, List reprised her role as Emma for the first three seasons of the spinoffBunk’d, before leaving the show.
