Andrew Schulz, the comedian known for his unfiltered humor, has been married to his wife, Emma Turner Schulz, since 2021.

Leading up to their big day, Schulz’s career in comedy was gaining popularity. By 2019, he was the most-viewed stand-up comedian on YouTube for thesecond year in a row.

She worked in fashion before switching to tech

Emma earned her bachelor of arts in fiction and fashion at New York University’s Gallatin, according toher LinkedIn.

She went on to do a fashion internship atMarie Clairein 2014 and later held positions at companies like Balenciaga and Barneys, where her roles involved merchandising and brand strategy, among other responsibilities.

Emma then obtained a master of business administration (MBA) from NYU’s Stern School of Business and graduated in 2022. That same year, she made a career change and now works as a program manager for AI projects at Apple.

He announced their relationship with engagement news

While Schulz’s public presence grew, he kept his romance with Emma private — until he announced their engagement on Oct. 20, 2020.

Schulz later shared a comedic retelling on his podcast,Flagrant2, revealing that he proposed with an oval solitaire ring at Emma’s favorite restaurant.

According to him, Emma was talking about an interview she had for her master’s program and mentioned how “juvenile” it felt to call Schulz her “boyfriend” to others.

“Then I just go, ‘Yeah, we should change that,’ and I just got down on one knee and I bust it open,” he recalled.

Schulz also confessedon Instagramhow nervous he was, and ended up asking, “Will you spend the LEST of your RIFE with me?”

They married in 2021

Emma’s wedding dress was a classic tulle mermaid silhouette, while Schulz wore an ivory blazer with black trousers and a black bowtie.

They share a child

Schulz and Emma welcomed their first child together, daughter Shiloh Jean Schulz, in February 2024.

“You’ve got such an amazing journey ahead of you. I can’t wait to see it unfold,” he wrote in part. “I know you can’t read any of this yet but I am deliriously happy you’re here. I love you so much. ❤️.”

She shares a variety of recipes for dishes and drinks, plus recommendations for spots in New York and Italy. In addition, Emma has a newsletter for readers who want to be in the know about her latest creations and reviews.

Apart from writing about food, she has also revealed humorous glimpses into her relationship with Schulz.

“When I met Andrew he didn’t eat bread,” Emma wrote. “He never cooked, ate one meal a day, and it was typically at a diner or a really bad sushi spot… Yes, I can say really bad because on our third date, he took me to his ‘favorite sushi’ and within an hour I had food poisoning.”

Schulz is Emma’s “biggest fan”

Since tying the knot, Schulz has celebrated Emma’s birthday every year with personal photos and sweet messages on Instagram.

In 2022, he dedicated a note to her on the special day, which was also Valentine’s Day.
