Cameron — who appeared onHannah Brown’s season of the hit ABC series in 2019 — confirmed he was dating Madden in 2024 after being previously linked toGigi Hadid,Camila KendraandPaige Lorenze.

Before meeting Madden, Cameron left New York City — where he had been living for several years — and moved back to his hometown of Jupiter, Fla., looking to grow roots and settle down.

“The way I was dating before was chasing what glittered and was fun and what was never really good for me,” he shared during an episode ofSerena Pitt and Joe Amabile’sBachelor Happy Hourpodcast in 2024. “Being home has really made dating better for me. It has made me zone in on what’s more important than what just glitters.”

Like Cameron — who moved back to the area amid the COVID-19 pandemic and followinghis mother’s deathin 2020 — Madden lives in Jupiter, Fla.

“It started off we were just working together,” he toldE! Newsin 2024. “It was always platonic and cool, and she was always the life of the party and fun. Everyone gravitates toward her. She’s just a ball of fun energy, and everyone enjoys being around her.”

Cameron also opened up about how their friendship blossomed into something more.

“It just kind of started happening,” he added. “And we started hanging out more and dating."

While promoting his show,Going Home with Tyler Cameron, the home renovator revealed that he enlisted several of his close friends and family to help out, including his dad,two brothers, Ryan and Austin, in addition to Madden.

The photographer shared about her experience on the set onInstagram.

“I really loved this crew, and I REALLY love ‘Going home with Tyler Cameron’ now streaming on @primevideo,” she wrote alongside several behind-the-scenes images, including her touching up Cameron’s hair.

While shooting an episode of Cameron’s show which featuredJason Tartickas an investor in a rental property, theTrading Secretspodcast host saw sparks between Cameron and Madden and encouraged his friend to go for it.

“Jason tried to set us up,” Cameron revealed to E! News. “In a deleted scene fromGoingHome with Tyler Cameron, Tate was helping us be a photographer for the images we were using for our Airbnb that we were building.”

The model added, “And he was like, ‘I see something here. You better go on a date. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.’ And Jason was right, I gotta admit. Jason had an eye for it.”

Their first date was on her birthday

Tate and Madden had their first date at Raindancer Steakhouse in West Palm Beach, Fla., to ring in Madden’s 30th birthday in September 2023.

“That was our first time trying to be romantic,” Cameron told E! News. “It was kinda cool.”

During a September 2024Amazon Live segment, a viewer asked Cameron if he and Madden lived together to which he replied, “Yeah, yeah, we do.” He shared that he and Madden were in the process of renovating a home together.

“The living room needs to be finished. The upstairs is pretty much done,” Cameron said. “And then the garage. I was just going to make it all black and cool and do, like, a gym, but now I got the whole shebang going on, so you’ll be updated on that soon.”

They enjoy traveling together

When the Floridian couple aren’t soaking up their natural surroundings, they post about their travels, attending friends’ weddings, taking ski trips and even enjoying a trip to France.

Madden posted a highlight reel from their European vacation which included sipping wine with friends, dining with the Eiffel Tower as their backdrop and enjoying a boating excursion.
