In a different interview released on the same day, Ferrell recalled a wedding prank gone wrong. He revealed toThis Morningthat a friend asked him to object at his wedding as a joke, but it didn’t go exactly as planned.

“I have a friend who asked if I would stand up and object, so I did,” he said. “I stood up, in that moment where they’re like, ‘Does anyone object?’ I said ‘I do! I love you Carol! Please, take me back!’ "
