A woman is suingSean “Diddy” Combs, accusing the mogul of sexually assaulting her after a party in 1999.
The plaintiff claims she was introduced to Combs, and as the night wore on, the Bad Boy Records founder invited her to stay at his home so she wouldn’t have to worry about catching a train.
The plaintiff says she told Combs she was married and that in response, he promised there would be no inappropriate conduct.
Combs then allegedly took the woman back to his home in a car, according to the complaint. At that point, the plaintiff claims she started feeling extremely drowsy and “suspected she had been drugged.”
Inside the car, the woman saw several pieces of mail and began texting the address on the envelopes to her husband, in an effort to alert him to where she was going, the complaint states. The plaintiff claims the driver of the car saw her do this and attempted to move the mail out of view.
The woman alleges that Combs then led her to a bed and began making “unwanted physical advances,” according to the complaint.
The woman alleges she told Combs she was married and that she’d texted her husband the address, but that the defendant groped her and at one point penetrated her with his fingers over the course of about four hours.
