Woman Who Suggested Assassinating Elon Musk in TikTok Video Draws Response from U.S. Attorney

A TikTok user could be facing legal scrutiny after a video appearing to show her threateningElon Muskcaught the attention of a federal prosecutor.

In the video, Roberts appears to do a throat-slashing gesture before clarifying that she is suggesting “assassination” in regard to Musk, the multi-billionaire who has become a close adviser to PresidentDonald Trump.

She then claims that the FBI doesn’t have enough agents to come find her before saying that she hasn’t filed her taxes in several years.

“Duly noted. Thx for letting us know. We’ll put you in the system. Talk soon, M’am,” Martin wrote.

The TikTok account appears to have been taken down in the aftermath, though it is not clear if the user deactivated it or the platform.
