“The weddings will be hosted at the bar and come equipped with a photographer and videographer, along with a cake and of course, a cocktail flight,” the release adds.
The $214 wedding also comes with a public tour of the distillery for soon-to-be newlyweds who are 21 years old and above, allowing strangers to witness your wedding.
“Sounds weird? Absolutely. But why not! What better way to celebrate your Valentine? These strangers are about to become the unofficial extended family you never knew you needed,” the release adds. “Post-vows, enjoy a smorgasbord of up to five mini-cocktails because nothing says ‘celebration’ like sampling gin with your newly minted in-laws and a bunch of new pals.”

In September 2022, Reynolds, who is co-owner of the Aviation Gin Distillery, sharedwhat to expect when you attend a tourat the Portland facility.
But the Valentine’s Day perks don’t end there.
A wedding officiant is also included to make your “I do’s” official, however, couples must have a marriage license at the time of the ceremony.

It is also suggested that the chosen lovebirds have their own cake topper ready for the unforgettable experience.
Aviation American Gin is infused with blended botanicals, including cardamom, coriander, French lavender, anise seed, sarsaparilla, juniper, and two kinds of orange peel before it’s soaked in a neutral grain spirit for 18 hours.
